We are very proud of our friendly, highly qualified and experienced team of staff, many who have been with us for a long time. The team who run the daily sessions are dedicated professionals qualified to a minimum NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) and have many years of experience.

Staff Development
We have at least one member of staff to each eight children,
and more if there are younger children present.
Regular staff meeting's provide opportunities for staff to undertake curriculum planning
and discuss the children's progress and any difficulties.
At least half of our staff hold the Diploma in Pre-School Practice or an equivalent qualification.
Regular in-service training is available to all staff, both paid and volunteer member's,
though the Pre-School Learning Alliance.
Staff regular attend course's to acquire current information.
All our idea's are disscussed by the staff to bring about a decision.
We are registered under the Children's Act 1989 and hold full Public Liability Insurance.
